Our Refund Policy

There are no refunds for Basic Registrations. There is a $35 fee for Package Plan cancellations. Refund requests must be made in writing by May 15, 2024.

    No hook-ups are available for recreational vehicles. Each motorhome must have a site tag to set up! A Basic Registration must also be purchased for each person attending the conference. Absolutely no pets, fires or tent camping!
