You can register for the 90th Annual Founders’ Day from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm Friday June 6 and 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday June 7 at Akron University. Basic Registration is $45. We do not sell out of Basic Registrations.

Founders’ Day 2025 Pricing
Basic Registration: $45
Admission to all Founders’ Day meetings for the entire event.
Package Plan B: $225 (Housing without meals)
Admission to all meetings (includes Basic Registration), housing in a University of Akron dorm room, Historic Bus Tour ticket. Meals are not included. Click to View a Typical Dorm Room
A Basic Registration must also be purchased for each attendee staying in the RV.
There are no hook-ups available. Pets and fires are not allowed.
University of Akron Clear Bag Policy
The University of Akron in conjunction with increased security measures has established a clear bag policy for all Founders’ Day meetings and events. Please be aware that when attending events during Founders’ Day, everyone will be required to follow this policy or will not be admitted into the event.
Approved bags include clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed a size of 12 inches wide by 12 inches high and 6 inches deep. Other approved bags include one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar), medical bags and small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. Prohibited bags include backpacks, binocular cases, camera cases, fanny packs, large-printed bags, mesh bags, purses and tinted plastic bags. Clear bags will be available onsite.
The University of Akron reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
